in life,its very clear what it resembles.It resembles gambling.Not just the kind of gambling with ace of spades and pokkor but gambling with risks and other peoples lives.People who choose the path to optimissy either have to ways to choose from.One, they carry on being happy for the rest of their life,Two,their bound to realise the reality of life and turn sour.Such few choices are upon the young generation in todays life.So who do they turn to and what they do.I just watched this movie called green street hooligans.This movie was made sometime ago.And elijah wood starred in the movie as a young journalist from america,new york who went to Harvard in england to pursue his degree im journalism.And he kept this journal for him to record his everyday life.But eventually he had a roommate who was taking drugs and he got caught so he told matt(elijah) to cover for him and when he graduates he'll make him a deal and give him the riches he earned.So matt took the blame and got kicked out.And he found a group of brothers which were called GSE(green street elite) this particular gang or like most gangs in England loved football.They didnt fight over starring incidents or what nots but over football.GSE was a west ham united gang who obviously supported west ham.Soon matt found his way to relieve his everyday pain and guilt from leaving the university.He got into many fights and brawls and quickly was well known amongst the lot and the headman.The violence in this movie even though it was directed is much more worse than any kind of fight in singapore.Singapore would only be so small compared to these kind of people in England who roam streets,burn down bars,fight off the streets and dont bother if the other gets killed,and they dont feel any kind of guilt.And though its only a movie i have seen stuff like this when i visited England where one guy pushed his friend and fought him off like a boxer in the streets and everyone just watched.Its a really great movie so youall should go catch it.and the last part is super gory.
